Refund Policy

Refund eligibility

Go E-Visa offers refunds under the following conditions:

Full refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You cancel your request within 24 hours of purchase and before processing has begun.
  • We are unable to process your application due to an error on our part.

Partial refund

A partial refund (service fee minus processing costs) may be issued if your application has been initiated but not yet submitted to the relevant authority.

No refund

No refund is issued if:

  • Your visa application has already been submitted to the government authority.
  • Your visa is denied by the government authority. Visa decisions are outside our control.
  • You provided incorrect or incomplete information.

How to request a refund

Email contact@goevisa.com with your order number and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 2 business days.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
